    Hi Abbi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the form, I was able to confirm that there's no Notification Email set-up.

You can set it up so that you'll get a Notification Email after someone's filled out your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Now, click on Add Email

    4. In the list that comes up, select Notification Email.

    5. In the center of the next window, click on the Recipients tab.

    6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field, and click on Save. That's it, you're done.

Give it a try and reach out again if you need any help.

    Hi Abbi,

I checked your form and can confirm that the Notification Email is set up properly. I've checked the email addresses added as a Recipient and can confirm that the email addresses j**n@h******yc******t.c*m, r*****e@h******yc******t.com, and s***h@h******yc******t.com are added to our Bounce List. I've successfully removed the email address from the Bounce List. Take a look at the screenshot of the reason why the email addresses were added to the Bounce List:

Not Receiving Notification Emails Image 1 Screenshot 20The "550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client" error means that the email server requires the sender to authenticate before sending emails. This error indicates that the recipient's email client does not have SMTP Authentication enabled. The recipient should enable SMTP Authentication in their email client settings to resolve this issue and allow successful email delivery. I suggest reaching out to your domain administrator so they can set up a proper MX server to receive mail. I have removed your email from our bounce list in the meantime.

Let us know if you need any other help.
