Upload space still above limit after deleting submissions

Hi,

I have silver package, it was showing full. I deleted lot of data after taking back up. Still it shows same value of memory being used. Can you please update it. So that i will know the actual memory being used. After deleting data there should be some reduction. Its not reflecting it. Please help with this as not able to use the forms as of now. thank you

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I checked your last form and see that the deleted submissions are still in the Trash. Keep in mind they have to be purged to to clear them from your upload usage.

It's easy to purge Trashed entries, let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, open the main tab’s menu in the upper-left corner.
2. Select Trashed entries.
3. In the Trash panel, choose the entries to delete.
4. Select Delete Forever and confirm.

That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

but still its not allowing to use form. Its saying quota is over. The file size has reduced now still it shows same error message. HOW TO RESOLVE IT>

I have checked that your account is not reaching any limit now, so I have manually refreshed your account limit. Your forms should be showing without an issue now. 

If the error message still appears in your form, let us know through this ticket, and we'll be happy to check it more for you.
