How do I share my report with others?

how can report been share with my management team. if my staff already complete the form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Depending on the report that you've created, it's possible to share them with others with a link. If you have created a Visual Report, we can share it using a link. Let me show you how:

1. In Report Builder, click on the Publish tab on the top right corner of the page.
   
2. Next, click on Settings.
   
3. Then, select Public Report and Go back.
   
4. Now, click on Copy Link and share it with others. If you prefer to set your report as Private, you must invite others by using the Invite By Email section.

To share your Report with your team, you can follow my colleague Raymond indication, or you can also set the access to Company Access, so only those who will have a company domain email will be able to access the form after logging in on Jotform. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Report Builder, click on the Publish button in the top right corner of the page.
2. Next, click on the Settings button.
3. Then, select Company Access option and set the domain of your company.
4. Finally, go back click on Copy Link and share the URL with your Team.
