Hi, I signed up for the bronze subscription, I have a form that I only need for a lot of submissions this month, after which it can go back to the basic plan. Will I lose my account or will it remain active after canceling my subscription? Thanks.

Hi Carlos,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Once you downgraded your plan back to the Starter (Free) plan, your account will remain active, but the limits in your account will adjust according to your Jotform Subscription. Also, If you cancel your subscription, I suggest that you download your submissions to avoid losing any data. You can also check out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
