I was wondering what will happen if we go over our upload limit. Will the system stop accepting uploads, or will it delete older uploads? just trying to get a handle on how best to manage things. Thank you

    Hi Susan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Reaching your upload space limit will disable your forms, so it will stop accepting any submissions. To be able to make your forms active again, you'll have to free up your space by deleting and purging your submission data. Let me walk you through this:

    1. In Jotform Tables, select the submissions that you want to delete.
    2. Click on the Delete button on the upper right side of the page.
    3. Click on Move to Trash. what happens if i go over my upload limit, will it delete the older uploads, or will it stop accepting? Image 1 Screenshot 50
    4. Click on the Three Dots icon of the name tab.
    5. Scroll down your mouse and select Trashed entries.what happens if i go over my upload limit, will it delete the older uploads, or will it stop accepting? Image 2 Screenshot 61
    6. Tick on Select All.
    7. Click on the Delete Forever button.what happens if i go over my upload limit, will it delete the older uploads, or will it stop accepting? Image 3 Screenshot 72
    8. From the pop-up confirmation message, click on the Delete button.what happens if i go over my upload limit, will it delete the older uploads, or will it stop accepting? Image 4 Screenshot 83

After this, your submissions will be permanently deleted. We suggest downloading your submissions first if you want to have a copy of them.
