Delayed Notification Email

    Greeting,


    We are having a problem with sending the notification email when a customer signs a form, it takes up to 40 minutes to receive the email. The day to day of our activities merits that when a client signs the form (consent) is received to the mail that we have registered (hiringinsuranceconsent@gmail.com) with the form.

    Hi Andrews,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly, I was able to make a submission but was able to receive an email a minute after. Check out the screenshots below to see my results:

    Kindly disregard the hour, as it is in different time zones. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
