    See email thread between me and my boss on the RISD Interpreter form -- the comments are not showing up in the emails. I think I have it set up correctly...... see

    Hi Todd,

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshots below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If she still didn't receive the comment, can you try to remove the Approval comment in the Approval Email settings and put it back? Let me show you how:

    • In Approvals, click the Email field and the Envelope icon.
    • From the Email Content, delete the {2_comment}.
    • Click on the Approval Fields dropdown.

    If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
