How can I retrieve JotForm submissions after PayPal froze payments?

Paypal froze some of the incoming forms because they were waiting on a Tax-ID from our owner. That has been resolved and the payments are now in paypal, but we have no record of the JotForms forms that they filled out in the process of signing up. Can you retrieve these??

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to make sure that I understood what you're asking, you want to retrieve the form submissions, right? If that's what you're trying to do, you can check the submission under Pending Payments for that. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In Submissions Table, click the Kebab Menu.
2. Select Pending Payments and you can see the entries.
3. Choose the entries and you can mark them as Complete if you have already received the payment on PayPal.
4. Click the Process Now Button to confirm. That's it.
