Why am I getting Form Unavailable error?

    I created a form, linked from our website, it worked but now shows "FORM UNAVAIALBLE". Any idea why.

    Hi Gary,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and found out that it is set to be disabled. You can just enable it by following this guide. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, Go to Settings.
    2. Click on Disabled under Form Status.

    3. Choose Enabled in the dropdown menu.

    4. Click on Save button to keep the changes.
