I have a required field for email addresses of respondents, and I'm wondering if I can save and/or download only the email addresses for CRM purposes? Thx.

Hi Don,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can download only the email addresses of the submissions on the Tables page. Here's how to do it:
- In the Tables page, click on Column on the upper right side of the page and it will display a dropdown.
- In the dropdown, select only the column that you want to be displayed.
- Click on the Download All button on the upper right corner of the page and you can then choose whether you would want to download the data as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
