Input table: Setting category based on the option from the dropdown

I have an input table and would like to provide column - specific tooltips. For example, one of my columns is a dropdown and I would like to provide guidance on which category to select for that column only. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your ACTION Management Questionnaire form and can confirm that you've got an Input Table that has the Tillage Type column. I'm not exactly sure what guidance will be provided in which the selected options would fall for the specific category.
