How to Attach the PDF Document on the Email Notification

    I want to create a form that gathers the company name, persons name, and email. Once they have filled that out and submitted it to me they will get the pdf of the product specs.

    Is this possible?

    Hi Megan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell us if you want to attach a PDF Document that you created? If yes, it is possible to attach the PDF Document to the email notification. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on
    Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. Click the +Add Email button and select Autoresponder.

    4. Go to the Advanced tab.
    5. Under the Attach File section, click the Upload File button and select the PDF Document that you want to attach then click the Save button once you are done.
