forms didnt reset

    its the 3 day of the month and my from all reset submission's. however form still showing error. please assist.

    forms didnt reset Image 1 Screenshot 20this is what my users see when trying to access forklift form. This month the form should have reset submission count allowing user to fill out form. Please unlock so users can fill form.

    Hi Ocean_King,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and tried to view it on another browser without logging to any Jotform account. I was able to view the form without any problems. Check the screencast below:

    I already cleared your form caches to refresh your forms. Upon checking your account, account limits and usage has been refreshed, all are within thresholds. You can check your account usage here.

    Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
