Hi MRD_Empowerment,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I believe you are referring to this form. It looks like your Product List was not made required, so the respondent can fill and submit the form without selecting any product. You can view their submission's information through here. Since they have not selected any product, no payment is made to your Square.
You can prevent this by requiring your Product List element. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, scroll down to Product List element.
- Click on it, then right-click on your mouse.
- Click on Require, and you are good to go.
