    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you have an Enterprise account and having trouble accessing your server? If that's the issue, it seems that you’ve created a ticket for our Regular Jotform Support, but because you have an Enterprise account, we have a dedicated Enterprise Support Team to help you.

    I’ve gone ahead and contacted the Enterprise Support Team about this, and they should be reaching out to you shortly to help you.

    If that's not the issue, can you explain a bit more, so that we can understand the issue better?

    Hi quickbase,

    In order our Enterprise Support Team to help you with this, we'll need you to share your Enterprise server name so that they can check out the issue. If you have an Enterprise account, can you kindly reply to this ticket with your server name?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to come up with a solution.
