    Hello.

    Is the platform experiencing a temporary outage?

    I'm trying to insert images into my application but they won't load.

    Hi Carlos,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    I have cleared your form caches as a precaution, please test it again after clearing your browser cache. Also test it on a different browser or a device to see if the issue persists and if the issue persists please share the exact Form URL and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    The issue remains as the same.

    I can't see some images when testing it in my phone. I realod it several times and some images appears while others disappears.

    Hi Carlos,

    I checked your App on my desktop as well as on my mobile phone, but all the images were loaded and everything was working as it should. Can you check if you have a stable internet connection. If so, please try out a different browser and get back to us if the issue persists.

    After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
