    Hi Romain,

Thanks for using Jotform. I went ahead and checked your Form, and saw that it has Jotform Sign Automation on, which means that this is a legally binding document once signed and submitted. This also means that you can't make any changes to it. If the submission needs to be updated with correct information, your form responder will need to fill it out again.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

how can we proceed ( by making some changes in the form ) to keep a signature on the form , but not specifically as a legal form , so we can make some changes ?

we really need to make changes causes our form responder are most of time filling the forms in a rush and do not care about the exacts informations to fill with.

    thanks KOBE ;)

    Hi Romain,

Unfortunately, editing the submissions of the signed documents isn't possible in order to keep the submissions legally binding. However, to edit new submissions, you can turn off the Sign Automation. Let me show how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top.

    2. In the menu opens on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.

    3. Toggle Enable Jotform Sign Automation OFF. That's it.

I cant edit entries to my form Image 1 Screenshot 20 Please note that if you don't enable the Jotform Sign Automation, this will make the signature collected non-legally binding. We also have a guide about Does Jotform Sign Offer Legally Binding Signatures that you can check out.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
