Thank you so much for all your help! Everything is working perfectly except for one last issue. I’m having trouble linking an image to the shareable link when I send it out to clients—it's still showing the Jotform logo. I uploaded an image and read that it should automatically be used as the link preview, but it’s not working. I've also attached some images to show you what's happening. How to align my input boxes? Hi Elizabeth,

In order for your own logo to appear when the form is shared, your form access must be set to public, and your logo must be added as a logo, not as an Image in your form. Let me show you how to set your form access to public:

    1. In Form builder, click on Settings.
    2. Next, click on the Private Form next to Share With Link section.

    3. Select Public Form and that's it.

Now, to add a logo, we can do that in Build tab. Let's do it:

    1. In Build tab, click on the Add Your Logo option.

    2. Next, click on Upload File on the right and select your Logo from your computer/device.

That's it. Your form logo will be shown when your form link is shared.
