List options were removed, but came back, but aren't in widget settings

I removed every list item from a user contributed dropdown. Then added one ("Other"), and when I did that, all of the names I'd deleted returned. Except they don't show up in the widget settings for me to re-delete, they only show up on the actual form, where I'd have to delete them one-by-one. Which might work, but would take forever and I'm not going to do that.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results: 

If you no longer need the data collected from this field, can you please delete it by clicking on the field's trash icon and add a new one?
