Silver Monthly is so expensive.

Hi why am i so such an expensive package is there a way to pay very little? i am otherwise thinking ot move to google forms for free i dnt see any point

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your invoices, and saw that since May 2022, you paid the same amount that you've been paying for the Silver Monthly package, as you're subscribed to our Legacy Plan. Are you perhaps referring to a different account? You can also view your invoices through your Account Settings. Let me show you how:

1. Go to your Billing/Upgrade page, and go to Invoices.
2. If you want to download an invoice, click on the download icon.

But, if you're referring to a different account, can you share with us the username or email address that's associated with the account?
