    Account Suspension - Immediate Assistance Needed

    Dear JotForm Support Team,

    I am reaching out urgently as our JotForm account has been suspended, and we need immediate assistance to get it reinstated. We are a sports complex, and we rely heavily on your software for all our waivers and submission forms. With our upcoming league season starting this week, it is crucial that we regain access as soon as possible to ensure a smooth process for our participants.

    Could you please provide guidance on the steps we need to take to resolve this issue promptly? If there is anything I can do on my end to expedite the reinstatement, please let me know.

    Hi Yvette,

    Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Rockwall_HEAT_Volleyball_Club_Credit_Card_Agreement that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting credit card information in plain text fields.

    In line with our PCI certification, we have to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But, we have other PCI-compliant ways you can do this. All you need to do is choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature.

    I’ve gone ahead and deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.
