can we buy and add more space for the forms?

Hi Metropolinet,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that you are almost reaching your upload space limit. Your current plan is the highest plan tier among our regular plans. Your option to increase your upload space limit is to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. To get more information, you can contact our Enterprise Sales team by completing the Jotform Enterprise Sales Contact Request form. Once completed, our Enterprise sales team will be reaching out to you.
If that's not an option for you, you can free up your upload space by deleting and purging submissions that have submission files. Let me show you how to delete submissions:
- Select the entries to delete.
- Click on the Delete button in the upper-right corner.
- Select Move to Trash.
After you have already deleted the submissions, these are going to be stored on your "Trashed Entries" for the next 30 days which will still take up your upload space usage. In order to reactivate your account, you must also purge these submissions from the "Trashed Entries". It's really easy. Let me show you how:
- Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon next to it.
- Select Trashed entries from the men
- In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
- Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
