Form User:; Unable to access a link created by another Jotform user.

Hello

I was provided with a link from Health New England in a letter and the link is not taking me to the identified link. On the internet I have seen other providers stating they cannot use the link provided.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Remember that Jotform is an online builder platform accessible to everyone who wants to create a form. Created forms are not being managed by Jotform, and it managed by the person who created them.

If you have questions about the form that you filled out, you will need to reach out to the person who sent/provided you the link to the form.
