The features we are looking for include:

Integration with External APIs:

We require the ability for our survey to interact with an external API. Specifically, when a lead enters their birth date and time, this information should be sent to an API that calculates their moonsign. The response (i.e., the moonsign) should dynamically determine the content the lead views in subsequent steps of the survey, including headers, text, and images.

Conditional Logic:

The platform needs to support conditional logic that can direct leads to specific landing pages based on the data they have provided during the survey. This functionality is crucial for tailoring the user journey according to their responses.

Efficient Multi-Step Surveys:

We are seeking software that can deliver a seamless user experience through fast-loading, multi-step surveys. Each question should load individually, with the ability to apply custom styles and content throughout the whole survey flow.

Post-Survey Data Integration:

Upon completion of the survey and submission of their email address, the software should be able to automatically create a user profile within WordPress, WooCommerce, or a CRM system, with the session data preserved.

I would be grateful if you could confirm whether your platform is capable of meeting these requirements. Additionally, please inform me of any potential limitations or the need for custom development to achieve these functionalities.

1. Integration with External APIs - I am not familiar with calculating the moonsign via API; however, it is possible to connect your form data without using the Jotform website via API. You can refer to our guide on Jotform API.

2. Conditional Logic - Yes, you can use conditional logic with your forms. Check out our guide on Conditional Logic for Online Forms.

3. Efficient Multi-Step Surveys - We do have Card forms that you check; however, it is not possible to add CSS codes to it. This can only be done with the regular form. You can refer to our guide on Form Styling.

4. Post-Survey Data Integration - We do have CRM integrations. You can check the available integrations here.
