Get Form Page URL to hide fields when the form is edited

Also as a side questions....we have a section of demographic questions on the application I'd rather the adjudicators not see...is there a way to have some of the answers hidden or not included when shared?

What we can do is add the Get Page URL on the form, and create a condition to hide the demographic section when the adjudicators edit the form. Let me show you how.

Add the Get Form Page URL:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the top left.
   
   
2. On the left panel, click on widgets.
3. Search and select Get Page URL.

Create a show/hide field condition:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
3. On the condition options, select Show/Hide Field
4. Create the condition similar to what is shown below:

When the adjudicator edits the form through the notification email's edit link, these demographic fields will be hidden. We also have this guide on how to hide fields conditionally.
