Notification and AutoResponder Emails are No longer Being Received

    I have two different autoresponder emails setup based on conditions - which payment method the submitter selects. When the payment method is credit cards, all emails (notification and autoresponder) appear to be sending. However, when the payment method is Cash/Check or Venmo, no emails are sent at all. What could be causing this?

    3 people have tested the Cash/Check and Venmo methods. All forms are showing as submissions but no emails have been received.

    We have been informed that the developers have fixed the issue. You should now be able to receive emails as usual.
