I need a little help with tables, goes as follows:
Supposedly I have 2 different forms with same columns except 1 column which distinguish each form submission location wise. But I want to get the data of both forms in one table making that unique column as my reference point.
Secondly, how can I get the totals of a particular column at the end of that column.
Kindly help.

Hi Mohammad,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to import the second form's data on form 1's table but on another Tab or on the same worksheet? You can get the Form's data to an existing Jotform table easily. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on + New Tab, then click Table on the pop-up window and click on Next button.
- Now, click on Connect To Form and click on Next button.
- Next, select the Form and click on Next button.
- Then, select the fields that you wanted to import the data or you may click on Select All then finally, click on Create button.
That's it. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

First of all, I am thankful for a prompt response. However, let me further explain my situation:
1. I have 2 forms, with same fields, except 1 field which distinguish both forms.
2. I want to import the data of both forms in single table without duplication of columns.
3. The field which is different in both forms will distinguish the rows coming from their parent form.
To further explain:
1. I have weigh stations at different locations, Location A and Location B
2. When user at Location A opens the app and entry form, it automatically takes him to Location A form and so for the Location B user to Location B form.
3. To avoid data entry manually, I have made a read only field for both forms which pre-populate the location information.
4. But I want the data of both forms to appear/append in single table without duplication of columns.
5. The only column of location will distinguish the data which form it is coming from.
I hope I could explain my situation clearly. Is there any solution to this please.

Hi Mohammad,
I understand that you want to combine data from two different forms with one table. To meet your requirements, you can both Integrate the form with Google Sheets. Let me show you how to do that.
1. In both of your forms, click on the Settings tab, then go to Integrations tab.
2. Search for Google Sheets from the options.
3. In the first form, make sure to select Create a new spreadsheet option.
4. In the second form, select Use an existing spreadsheet option, and select the spreadsheet you created from the first form and make sure to set a different Worksheet name than the first form.
5. In Google Sheets, create a new worksheet in the Sheet. Copy the headers from one of the form worksheets.
6. In A2 on the new spreadsheet, add a query formula, the formula looks like this:
=QUERY({'Form 1'!A2:D;'Form 2'!A2:D}, "select * WHERE Col1 IS NOT NULL ORDER BY Col1")
For this part, you would need to update the worksheet names and the ranges used by your columns. In this case, we simply named the worksheets Form 1 and Form 2, and only had fields up until column D.
{'Form 1'!A2:D;'Form 2'!A2:D}
Because the Submission Dates are in the first column, we used this in the end of our query to sort the rows by the submission time.
ORDER BY Col1
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
