Unable to receive an Autoresponder Email

    Brand new customer here.... I'm receiving an email with what looks like what the people signing up should be receiving, or at least what I would like them to receive. Can you look into our account and tell me what we are doing wrong... and fix it so that they get what I am receiving and I just get the daily digest. There is only one form being used at present.

    Have confirmed that people are not receiving the follow up email with their form. NOt recieving anything actually.
