hi,
The Form 1 (calculation form) is single selection, is it possible to sum the multiple choice? For example: if T-shirt($20)* 2 + Shoes ($100)* 1 , as a result, the calculation will display as 140?

Hi Yuqi,
Before we provide you with step-by-step instructions. I created a demo form based on your request. Can you see if this demo form is close to what you're searching for? You can also clone the form to see the hidden fields, as well as the conditions I've set up. We also have a guide about How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL that you can check out.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Yes! Thanks, Ericson, it's very close to what I want. However, if the product has many variations, the interface might become quite lengthy.

Hi Yuqi,
If you don't want to have a lengthy form due to multiple product variations, you can try to use the product list field instead of using a single choice field. There are a lot of benefits using this field, it'll save you a lot of time to configure the field, you can add as many variations as you like, the calculation doesn't need to be configured using conditional logic and many more. Please see the demo form that I created, if this works for you, circle back to this thread so that we can provide you the step by step process on how to configure it further. Check out the screencast below for my results:
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi yuqizhang,
If you want to create or use the same form that my colleague created, you can use the Clone an Existing Form From a URL feature to copy all the settings of the form. Let me walk you through it:
1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form.
3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage.
4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.
After cloning your form, it'll open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
