Form takes longer to be received to email

    Hi

    since a few days the forms i connect to my end take longer to arrive to the email recipients.

    used to arrive instantly max 10 seconds -> now takes 3 4 minutes

    is there an ongoing issue on your side?

    Hi Galooli_Israel,

    I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    The developers have confirmed that the issue has been resolved. You should now expect emails to be sent as usual.

    Yes. The ticket is already assigned to a developer. Our Developers are working on the issue as fast as they can. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.

    i am currently not receiving any forms by mail at all
