Can we have an notification email sent when the form has a sync error? I can't see this option but it would be great to have this standardised.

Hi Becky,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you give us more details about the sync error that you are referring to? This way we'll be able to properly escalate a feature request so that the developers may consider implementing it.
As soon as we hear back from you we'll help you more with this.

Hi William, thanks for the prompt response. I am sorry I wasn't clearer at first. I am a Salesforce admin for my company and we see sync errors now and then from the syncing of responses to Salesforce. I want to get a notification when we get one so I don't have to be proactive after something is found to have failed inside Salesforce. I actually ended up hearing back from your support team that this feature is not possible but the request is noted for future development. Putting this all here in case others also enquire. Thanks.

Hi Becky,
My colleague has already submitted your request as a feature request. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi Becky,
With the new Salesforce Integration Logs combined with error notifications, you can easily identify and resolve the possible issues you may encounter. Action Logs provide detailed information about all of your data transfers between Jotform and Salesforce, and help you take the necessary actions when an error occurs, so you don’t have to manually check your logs all the time. Viewing your Action Logs is easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
- Select Salesforce, and click on See Action Logs.
In the modal, you can see the logs for your last 30 days. Check out the screenshot below to see how it looks after the actions:
Logs are grouped by submission IDs, and under each group you can track the details of each integration action. For successfully created and updated actions, the modal provides the URL to the Salesforce record ID, so you can easily navigate to the relevant Salesforce record.
You can also filter your logs by their status (Error, Success, All), or according to their creation dates (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 15 Days, Last 30 Days).
As for the notifications, you will now receive email notification if an error is detected in your integration to ensure that your data flow is not disrupted. See the screenshot below to see an example:
Clicking on View Error Logs will immediately redirect you to your integration settings.
Feel free to check out our guide to learn more about some of the most common errors and their resolution methods.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Amazing!! Can you confirm how I subscribe to set up those notifications? Is it done automatically? Thanks for the shift work getting this feature live already!

Hi Becky,
Yes, you'll automatically receive email notifications, when it detects an issue in the last 24-hour logs. You don't need to subscribe to anything. Here is what issue summary email will look like:
