Now, coming back to your question, please note that you need to have a Jotform account if you'll be a recipient of the form transfer. On the other hand, there's no limited number of transferring the forms to another account. As long as the form recipients have enough space with their account subscription to receive the forms and their submissions, the transfer request will be possible.
