Approval flow Enterprise account

Hi team. So I have a form built in JotForm. I would like to have each submission as a PDF after approval.

At the moment I haven't found the way to get a PDF with all the fields that I need showing on the form AFTER approval. How can I achieve this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send the form URL, so I can check your approval flow? You can achieve this by turning on an option in your approval flow. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In My Approvals, click on the Email element, select Settings.

2. Click on the Advanced tab.

3. Toggle on Send Submission PDF's option, click on Save.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Cecilia, thank you. I have done what you have recommended but the PDF does not show all the fields which are all relevant for the request to be processed.

What do I need to do for the PDF form to show all the fields? I have tried PDF editor but still not working.
