Hello,
I work for Propelr Payments and we have the ability to use the CardConnect/Cardpointe platform to do business. A few of our reps have tried to get their customers setup with Jotform using the CardConnect platform and have all ran into the same issue. In your instructions on how to integrate, you don't mention at all the merchant site needing to be provided and nobody knows how to get it. Can you please assist? We are able to get the merchant number and the username and password for the api credentials, we just can't get that. Please advise.

CardConnect said that the url that is being asked for by Jotform isn't
something they provide anymore. The hosted payment page that CardConnect
got rid of earlier this year, is what that url was. Since we no longer have
the payment page, we don't have that option. Previously, Jotform didn't
require the merchant site, what is it required now?

Hi Larry,
Yes, that is correct. Previously, this was not a requirement before. Please reach back to CardConnect Support and let them know that you will need to get your account's subdomain to complete the Merchant Site information. This should look like https://{merchantsite}.carconnect.com.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
