For the autoresponder email, can you add additional 'Send email later' delay time options? We need 60 days specifically. Thanks!

Hi Tiffy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the option to send the autoresponder email 60 days after the form is submitted is currently unavailable. However, you can send the autoresponder email at a custom date by selecting at a later date then select the date as to when will the autoresponder be sent to the form filler.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Tiffy,
We’ve enhanced your control over autoresponder email scheduling! Instead of selecting from predefined day options (1, 2, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days), you can now choose any custom number of days to delay your autoresponder email after each submission.
This update ensures your follow-up emails arrive exactly when you want them to — whether it’s 4 days, 10 days, or any period you choose.
How to use the days option:
- In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
- Click Emails on the left panel.
- Hover over your Autoresponder Email and click the Pencil icon to edit.
- Navigate to the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to Send Email Later and enable the toggle.
- Choose “Delay for” and select the exact number of days you want the email to be delayed.
- Alternatively, you can still use “Exactly At” or “Get value from” for date-specific scheduling.
Give it a try and let us know if it works for your workflow.
