    Hi

    I'm trying to do this but when write in Options the string "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions" don't let me insert html tags, only appear the text, so the link doesn't work.

    Why?

    HTML is indeed now stripped from most field labels.  This was due to security issues that were presenting from allowing HTML to be inserted.  The short scrollable terms widget still works:

    Or you can add your terms to a Text field, which will allow for inserted whatever HTML needed, and then you can add a multiple choice question below it to allow users to confirm.
