PayPal submit button stuck on please wait

I can't get the subscription buttons to work. Once I select subscription and review and submit form it just gets stuck on please wait...

It never redirects, submits, or anything.

I test your form and it appears to be working as intended at this time. I was able to submit the form.

I think the possible caused of issue is the Address field in the form. Because the field uses the Autocomplete option, the field sub addresses gets pre-populated but the Zip code is empty. It is required to manually fill in the Zip code

You may want to make the Address not *required  OR turn OFF autocomplete option.
