Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Purchase Order payment tool to create a payment form without any payment gateway integration, if you don't want the form fillers to pay using Credit Card. Let me show you how to add that to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the form.
2. Go to the Payments tab, and search for Purchase Order.
3. You can set the Payment Settings in the pane that pops up on the right side of the page.
