How to change the Page Title

I have changed the name EVERYWHERE and the link still shows up as the cloned form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried to send the link through message and this is what it shows in the title. I don't see the word "clone" in the translation. See image below.

Thanks for getting back to us. You have to change the Page Title. It is easy to change the Page Title on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down, enter the Page Title you want to use. and that’s it. You’re done.
