Hi Marc,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Integrating your forms with OneDrive will allow you to sync your file uploads and form submission PDFs into OneDrive, but that doesn't automatically free up the space in your Jotform account. You'll still need to delete the form submission data to free up the space.
Once you've confirmed that all your file uploads and form submissions PDFs are in your OneDrive, you can safely delete all the submissions from your form. It's easy. Let me show you how:
- In My Forms, click on your form.
- Click on Submissions.
- Click on the Checkbox in the top left corner of the table to select all the submissions.
- Click on Delete on the right.
- Click on Move To Trash.
- Then, you will need to empty them from the trash. Click on the Three Dots icon for your form.
- Click on Trashed Entries.
- Click on Select All to select all the submissions.
- Click on Delete Forever.
- Click on Delete.
