Can you style and create a theme and then apply that theme to other forms?

Hello School in the Hills,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, it is possible to create a theme and apply the created theme to other forms. It is really easy to do that. Let me show you how :
- First Login to your Jotform account, Then go to My themes Page using the URL attached.
- Click on Create New Theme button.
- Select the Form and click on the Create theme button.
Now you would be able to modify the form Design and CSS code to your preference.
Once you designed your theme then under the Theme section provide name and description for the theme and click on Next Button, add the Keyword for your theme and click on the Save Theme button.
Now you would be able to access your theme from My themes Page and can use it for your other forms. If you saved your theme under the Public Theme you can find it over there, once you open your theme you would get the button to use this theme.
I would suggest you to create a normal form with all the changes you wanted to do in your theme and after that simply go to My themes Page, open your form to provide theme details and save it.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
