I'm getting a 404 error code where customers attach a photo of what they are ordering. why can't I see the photo?
I'm not getting the photos customers attached with their form

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share the link of the form this issue is associated with so we can check? Meanwhile, can you clear the form cache, and disable the option on your settings as shown in the screenshot below:
