Feliz año nuevo, Por favor conseguirme el usuario y clave de un formulario que diseñe el 29 de diciembre llamado https://form.jotform.com/Gestionhumanainproca/-preguntaspoderosasparacerrar2023.
No puedo entrar y cuando le di a recuperar clave, menos.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. The form you are referring to is currently owned by a different Jotform account. The account has an email address of g*****nh***na@i****c*.c**. If you know this account, you need to log in using its credentials. If you are not able to, you can also try resetting the account's password. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Account menu, see the Email section and click on the Edit text button.
- Set the New email and click on the Save button to change your email address.
If the Require verification to change email option is enabled in your Security Settings, you will get an email message to verify the email address change request.
