Is there a way for the form submissions to only show the submissions by a specific person who does not have a Jotform account? Example, we are using the form for tech requests of employees. We would like for employees to track where their submissions are in the approval process. Is this possible?

Hi Bettina,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to how to collaborate your form with other users? If so, to have multiple users work on the same account's forms like Form Collaboration, Sharing Submission tables, and Adding assignees to your form. Let me show you how to set up each feature:A. Form Collaboration - This will let you share the form with your team members and work on it simultaneously. Here is how to set it up:
In the Form Builder, Click the Add Collaborators button.
Click the Copy Link.
Share it with others.B. Sharing your Submission page - It is possible to share the submission data with a member of your organization to help manage data. This can be done by sharing the submission data. You can set permissions as read-only or collaborator. Collaborators can print, and download submissions as long as they have permission to do so. Let me show you how to do it:
We can send an invitation link. On the Submission page, Click Share at the top right corner of the page.
Click the Copy Link button to copy the Invitation Link.
If you wish to invite people via email then use the Invite by Email.Under the Invite by Email option, input the email address of the user to where the submission page is shared.
After that, you can choose the role of the user: Read-only, Collaborator, Commenter.Once the invite has been sent they will receive an email.
Now we will move on to Share Settings. Here you can choose how want it to be shared. You have the option to change the privacy options, invitation link default role, and limitations.
C. Adding assignees to your form - With Assign Forms, you can share forms with specific people, easily keep track of your submissions, and set up reminder emails. Let me show you how to set it up:
In the Form Builder, click Publish.
Choose Assign Form on the left side of the page.
Enter the email address of the person you want to assign the form. Please see our detailed guide on Form Collaboration, Sharing Submission Tables, and Adding Assignees to your form.
On the other hand, if you want the new individual to have his/her own account and create his/her own forms then you can have him/her create a separate account in Jotform. But in case you want to share your forms with the new account then you can use the features recommended above. Here is how to create an account:
Go to https://www.jotform.com/signup/.
Enter your name, email, and password.
Check on the tick box I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Click Sign Up once done.Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
