Now, let me help you with your question. Kindly note that there's no option to manually change the Approval Status that has been set, changing the Approval Status from Approved to Denied and vice versa would require resubmitting the form submission to restart the Approval Flow.

Furthermore, the approval process can restart if you have the 'Restart Approval Flow on Submission Edit' setting enabled, and you edit the submission using the 'Entry Editing' method from the Tables page. This will cause the approval process to restart and allow you to approve/deny the request again.
