başvuru formunda aldım isme özel o katılıcmııya formu doldurması sonrası otomatik mail atmak istiyyorum.

Mailin ekinde ki sertifikaya katılımcıının ismini otomatik yazmak mümkün mü?

Veya nasıl her katılımcıya özel bir sertifikayı mailin ekine otomatik olarak pdf veya png ekleyebilirim?

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to automatically send an email to a participant who filled out your form. Yes, it's possible by setting up an Autoresponder email. It's easy to set up, let me show you how:

1. In  Form Builder, in  the orange navigation bar at the top of the  page, click on Settings .

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails .

3. Now, click on Add Email .

4. Then, select Autoresponder Email , and customize the options the way you want them, and you're done.

About auto-generating a certificate with their name in it, yes, it’s possible by using our PDF Editor. But, you’ll need to make a few adjustments in your Autoresponder Email settings first. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Now, on the right side of the Autoresponder 1, click the Pencil icon to access its properties.

4. Next, under the Advanced tab, toggle the switch for Attach PDF to ON.

Now, to create a PDF that will be automatically generated and attached to your Autoresponder Email, click the External Link icon in the pop-up that appears under the Attach PDF after toggling the switch to ON.

You’ll be redirected to the PDF Editor, where you can customize the certificate according to your preference. To automatically include the respondent's name in the certificate, simply add the Name field by selecting it from the Form Fields drop-down list. Here’s how you do it:
