Falha de envio de formulário para destinatário cadastrado

    Boa tarde, não estamos recebendo o email cadastrados na aba destinatário. Já houve esse mesmo problema anteriormente e só foi possível a correção após abertura de chamado , pois cairam na lista de rejeição novamente..

    Segue os emails cadastrados

    Thanks for using Jotform. We take user security and privacy very seriously. After checking, I found that our security systems flagged some emails as risky and blocked them. This is a standard measure to help keep the platform safe for everyone, including you. Several factors are considered in this process.

    In your case, if you set up SMTP and change your form’s sender email to the one you’ve configured, I can ease some of the restrictions on your account as long as you're using it. Would that work for you?

    não consigo ter acesso a lista de rejeitados , precisa retirar oa emails citados da lista de rejeitados

    Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I believe you are referring to the previous ticket. When I checked, both of the email addresses aren't registered in our bounce list. Could you try again now to see if the issue still persists? If the issue still persists, do share with us the form URL, so we can check more into it.

    Once we heard back from you, we'll be able to help you with it.

    Hi grupopharmapele,

    I checked the emails, and they are not in the bounce list. I also went ahead and reviewed the email logs and all Notification emails were sent successfully. You can easily View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
    2. Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
    3. Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
