Formulário de Pedido de Material

Bom dia,

Preciso criar um formulario de pedido de material, onde o supervisor vai colocar seu nome e a loja para qual esta pedindo material (ambos em uma lista suspensa) e preciso colocar todos os itens da planilha em anexo com os seus respectivos valores, e no final do formulario antes do envio, sera possivel ver o valor total do pedido.

Now, coming back to your question, to name and store selections from drop-down lists while displaying all items from your spreadsheet with their values and the total order amount before shipping, use the Dropdown element for listing the supervisor and store. For items and pricing, the Product List element is ideal—it lets users choose quantities and automatically calculates the total order value. You can also integrate the product list with any of our payment processors.

Kyle agradeço a resposta, entretanto, usar o lista de produtos ao exportar para o excel vem todos os itens juntos eu precisaria que cada item estivesse em uma coluna com sua respectiva quantidade solicitada.

Currently, it isn't possible for us to automatically export the product list with each item in its column, along with its requested quantity. But you can manually separate the data in Excel by using the Convert Text to Columns wizard. For detailed guidance, you can check out this Microsoft support article.
