Now, coming back to your question, Upon checking, yes, it is possible to use the same sender email in two different Jotform accounts. However, but you need to set up the SMTP details: host, port, username, password for each account separately. Once verified, you can set it up as the sender email for outgoing notifications in both accounts.
Keep in mind that any changes to the sender email settings in one account will not automatically apply to the other; they are managed independently. Let me show you how to set up the SMTP Sender email in your account:
- Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.
2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.
