Gostaria de cancelar o plano, pois para mim aparecia 35,00 o valor do plano, porém foi descontado R$245,23. Peço reembolso e cancelamento do pacote cancelado indevidamente.

Now, coming back to your question, keep in mind that our pricing are in US dollars. So, if you're using an international credit card, you will be charged with the converted amount based on the current conversion rate.
I can see that your subscription has been canceled. Currently, it's scheduled to downgrade at the end of the paid period. However, you can fill out our Refund Request Form to receive a refund and have your account downgraded immediately.

Faça o reembolso para mim por favor. Não é viável eu pagar este valor, pois o projeto não tem este dinheiro para pagar.
